The Institute aims to develop interdisciplinary executive training seminars focusing on policy, research, and reform to enhance the capacity-building and technical skills of researchers and policy practitioners.
IPRD Institute aims to contribute research and analysis on policy reforms in governance and peacebuilding including democratization, federalization, and constitution-making process as well as conflict resolutions; security; social justice, health and social protection and economic development; Water, environment and climate changes, and agricultural production. The institute produces several publications to present all aspects of research and reforms such as research, policy briefs, analysis, policy reports, and Horn Insights.
IPRD Institute intends to hold forums and roundtable discussions among public policy practitioners, academicians and researchers, policy-makers, and politicians to form an effective public policy dialogue sphere that elevates public engagement in the policy-making process and reforms.
